Tiger Crystal presented the Ultimate New Year’s Eve Experience and I was there with a few other Omy bloggers for this exciting party at 3 different venues last night.  We went to Tiger Crystal Dome at Clarke Quay, Power98 Countdown at Marina Barrage and finally the Celebrate 2011 at The Float@Marina Bay!

Beautiful and cheerful Tiger Crystal ambassadors were at the Tiger Crystal Dome at Read Bridge along Clarke Quay to greet us!  Our humid and warm Singapore weather is bad enough and with these girls, I can feel the heat all around me!  Thank goodness for the chilly ice-cold Tiger Crystal beer, I was able to keep my cool! 

However, I went head over heels over the freezer containing so many Tiger Crystal beer!  It’s such a great way to start a night of countdown party with this light and refreshing beer.

The Tiger Crystal beer now comes in handy 300ml bottles and it makes a great party drink.

As well as all the other bloggers and friends who were with me at the Ultimate New Year Eve Countdown with Tiger Crystal.  It’s time to set off to our next location, the Marina Barrage!

To create a ultimate Tiger Crystal experience, we got the Tiger Crystal bus chartered to bring us around the different locations for the night!  It feels so exclusive to have such a comfortable air-con bus for us to hop on conveniently.  That means no squeezing with the crowd on public transport!  Oh, always remember to stay safe too.  If you drink, do not drive!

Here we are at the Marina Barrage Power 98 Countdown Party!!  It’s great to meet up with Wendy(center) once again and got to know Gek Gek(right) who is a model blogger.  *WOW!*

The night sky of Marina Barrage was so magical and vibrant with so many kites flying in the air.  Some of them even has blinking LED lights which seems like UFO to us!  There were many families and groups of friends having picnic all over the Green Roof.  The rain in the afternoon caused the ground to be wet but that did not dampen the spirit of the countdown party!

Almost all of the Power98 DJs were here taking turns to host different sections of the countdown party.  There were various dance groups, live bands performances and games which participants can win prizes.  It’s all so happening over here with the fantastic view of Singapore cityscape at the background.

After popping by Marina Barrage to experience the fun filled programs at the countdown, we got our Celebrate 2011 tickets ready (courtesy of Tiger Crystal) and head down to the Float@Marina Barrage hosted by Gurmit Singh and Michelle Chia.

There are various spectacular performances line up which includes local and overseas artistes such as David Tao, Jack & Rai, One Nation MC and Sezairi Sezali.  However, most of us couldn’t wait for the fireworks which never fails to amaze audience every year.

We couldn’t resist taking photos with the Celebrate 2011 backdrop with all the celebrities on it!  David Tao seems to be the main highlight for this year’s countdown.

Taken from the Float@Marina Bay, the beautiful view of the cityscape with balloons written with wishes for 2011 floats over the water of Marina Bay.  Every single balloon are lighted up by the ambient spotlights shining on it.

The whole Marina Bay was lighted up nicely with different colours.  All of us couldn’t stop taking photos!

This is the stage where the performances were held.  We are not too late for the live telecast on Channel 5 to start at 11pm as all the stars will be performing.

Look at the sea of people at Celebrate 2011!  The spirit of celebration is truly in the air!

It was a night of exciting performances as fans and many people were cheering away for their favourite artistes!  Right here we have One Nation MC singing and dancing away to popular hot hits.

When David Tao comes on stage, you can expect the cheering to boom so loudly!  He performed some of his classics and some cover versions of the current popular songs.

When the clock is nearing 12 midnight as we enter year 2011, all the artistes came on stage to do a final countdown followed by the display of an 8 minutes fireworks show!  This year’s fireworks is being synchronized with a piece of music which reflects the different races in Singapore.
